Central to our work with clients is the "donor". Our core belief is that the organization's resource success is only defined by the behavior of their donors. How donors behave and interact with the organization will determine lasting relationships that grow over time.
The focus of Achieve is to help our clients engage donors and the public in their work - leading to financial support for the organization.
We start with three fundamental questions:

What is the donor behavior you want to see?
Once we are able to define these core questions, we ensure systems are in place, discipline is present, execution on strategies, and a culture exists that focuses on the donor's point of view.
