Nonprofit organizations looking to attain new levels of success are encouraged to apply for a grant from Achieve, a consulting firm that provides fundraising, strategic planning and management counsel.

Achieve will provide a year of services free of charge for two organizations selected through an application process. Two Achieve Grants are available for 2010: one for Achieve Coaching services (ten hours of time valued at $2,000), and one for one year of Achieve Consulting services (value to be determined by scope of services, up to $12,000).

Achieve Grant recipients will also receive access to the Achieve client website containing an online Resource Library of more than 150 templates and guidance pieces; 12 Webinar sessions; the Achieve It! project and goal-setting tool; and a subscription to Achieve’s monthly newsletter.

“We want to support organizations looking to create strategies that will catapult them into a new dimension. We’re looking for groups that want to bring in experts who can help them think and grow and do even better what they’re already doing well,” said Achieve CEO Derrick Feldman.Last year, Achieve grants were awarded to Family & Children’s Place, Louisville; Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Illinois, Chicago; and Paramount Heritage Foundation, Anderson, Indiana. Dan Fox, president of Family & Children’s Place, said,“Achieve presented multidimensional strategies for growth to us with context and clarity.  One of the strategies was new to our thinking. Achieve’s expertise provided us with the information and strategic concepts we really needed to move forward.”

Grantees will be chosen through an application process and based on each organization’s level of need and stage of organizational development, as described in the organization’s proposal. To apply, organizations should view the application guidelines at http://AchieveGuidance.com/page/grants.
