Posted: July 27, 2009     printer friendly
A free Webinar on Wednesday, Aug. 12, at noon EST will help nonprofit leaders make an informed decision about when to hire a consultant and how to ensure their organization is prepared to hire a consultant.

During the Webinar, Derrick Feldmann and Dave Sternberg of Achieve, a consulting firm for nonprofits, will describe the scenarios in which consultants can be helpful, as well as when consultants aren’t the answer. They’ll go through a step-by-step approach for finding the best fit for an organization, and discuss the various types of consultants available.

The Webinar is free for all staff and board members of nonprofit organizations, as well as other interested parties. To register, visit www.ConsultantorNot.com. The Web site also includes a free white paper, case study and questionnaire to determine organizational readiness.
